NEW TO YOGA?

  • When to start? Anytime. All Levels Welcome 🙂
  • Dress comfortable, shorts and T-shirt are best. Shirts are required in all classes.
  • Eat light before class & always Drink plenty of water.
  • Physical Conditions – inform instructor of any physical limitations; we are trained to modify postures.
  • Yoga Supplies (blocks, straps, blankets, and pillows) are available for use in all classes. We sell Yoga Mats.
  • Designer Class & Time: Get a group of people together, pick a date and time, and we’ll help design a class to meet your needs.
  • Always Bring Your Fun!
