Free Weight & Pilates Trainer; she has over 10,000 hours, Experienced Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor (the most advanced certification). Gina has been weight training & running (3 hour 25 minute Boston Marathon, twice ) over 39 years, and studying Yoga and Pilates over 20 years. She has been training clients over 15 years at her Natural Fitness Location.
